I recently finished editing the first concert that I shot using the BMPCC. I discovered that I had some dropped frames due to the brand of SD card I was using but more of an issue was the significant motion blur. It was apparent when the singer would move his hand and whenever the drum sticks were in a shot. The red sticks against a blue background made the unnatural blur extremely obvious. Blackmagic Designs has since released a software update that enabled RAW recording and also fixed the 180 degree motion blur problem. Above is a test clip I shot of a squirrel before the software fix. You can see the blur in the fast moving tail.
